Job Description:
JOB FUNCTION: To provide support to EDI and Eligibility Reporting Operations through the development and implementation of processes, tools, CONEXIS schemas, custom SQL Queries, custom file and EDI X12 file integration, and report delivery. Design, Develop and Implement tools and processes to assist the EDI Integration of CONEXIS including but not limited to outbound eligibility reporting. Prepare design specifications and documents. Present design documents, functional specification for team review. Develop IT tools and processes using: Visual Basic.Net, SQL Server-TSQL, table development, Visual C#, .Net Visual Studio, BizTalk 2004 or newer. Process developments through QA procedure including full technical documentation development. Perform “gap analysis” as sales support and implementation effort or external file specifications against CONEXIS file standards and EDI X12 standards. Work with new clients and carriers implementing feeds (inbound and outbound). Assist as needed in EDI operations and implementation including: New Report or File Setup and delivery; Develop schema, field mappings, FTP settings, encryption settings, etc. Train clients in interface/integration usageREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in computer science, or equivalent experience required. Expert knowledge of SQL Server - TSQL, table development, normalization. Use of BizTalk to implement file integration and automation highly desirable. Knowledge of Visual Basic.NET or C#.Net. Knowledge of EDI X12 desirable. Knowledge of HIPAA X12n document highly desirable. Knowledge of Communication Protocols (FTP, AS21, AS2, HTTPS) highly desirable.
