Since becoming president of CONEXIS in March of 2005, Michael has created a company culture around delivering service excellence to all clients, brokers, business partners and participants. Michael established CONEXIS as the service benchmark for the benefits administration industry by being the first company to offer extensive performance standards and guarantees to all clients. Michael joined CONEXIS as chief sales and marketing officer in 2003. He has more than 20 years of executive experience in managed health care and employee benefits and is an active member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU). Michael received his bachelor's degree from Ohio State University.
Allen Gehrki, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Allen is responsible for sales, sales operations, sales strategy and business development for CONEXIS. In addition, he oversees marketing, marketing communication, product development and product management. Allen has been a benefits industry executive for more than 25 years and served as past president of the Texas Association of Health Underwriters (TAHU) and the Dallas Association of Health Underwriters (DAHU). Allen has a bachelor's of science in business administration in finance and banking from the University of Arkansas.
Eva Boucher, Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer
Eva joined CONEXIS in August of 2000 and has oversight of compliance, security, quality assurance, contract administration, corporate licensing, training, Six Sigma initiatives, project management and business solutions for CONEXIS. She is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) and is an active member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics. Eva brings more than 25 years of executive experience in operations, managed health care and employee benefits. She served as legislative chair of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) local chapter and has been an active HIPAA lobbyist.
Barbara Lucci, Senior Vice President, Operations
Barbara oversees the Client Services, Implementation, Operation Services, Participant Services, IT and Finance departments. She has more than 23 years of executive experience in health care benefits, sales, operations, IT, marketing, human resources, integration, training and strategic planning. Prior to joining CONEXIS, Barbara was vice president of national service center operations for a public benefits organization servicing 1.5 million members.
Gordon Albury, Vice President, Information Technology
Gordon oversees all areas of Information Technology for CONEXIS which includes software design, development and maintenance, as well as information management, EDI, infrastructure and telecom. Gordon has over 30 years of IT experience and holds various certifications including CMMI, MCSD.Net, MCAD.Net, and Security+. Prior to joining CONEXIS in 2006, Gordon worked for over 15 years for the largest computer manufacturer in the world and consulted many Fortune 500 companies. Gordon received his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Southern Methodist University.
Daniel Crosby, Vice President, Operations Services
Dan has been with CONEXIS for ten years, playing a key role in the development of CONEXIS systems and business processes. Dan's areas of responsibility include Mail & Print Operations, Document Services, Claims Administration, and Eligibility EDI. These departments play an integral role in allowing CONEXIS to provide industry leading services while meeting service level objectives. Dan has 15 years of experience in process design and electronic service delivery.
Carol White, Vice President, Client Services
Carol is responsible for managing all client services for the California office. Carol has more than 20 years management experience, including 16 years with CONEXIS. She was the first employee to receive the company's "Service of Unequalled Excellence" award for exemplary service.
Chris McGowan, Controller
Chris is responsible for all finance activities, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger activity. Chris has more than 24 years of controller and financial consulting experience. Chris obtained his bachelor's degree in accounting from Frostburg State University in Maryland and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
